ARCHITECTURAL PHILOSOPHY

Dunn & Dalton Architects, P.A. is dedicated to a pro-active client relationship. D&DA has developed successful projects by working together with our clients and exceeding their expectations. We also believe in working closely with general contractors both during the design process as well as during construction. We have completed many successful Design-Build projects.

Teamwork is also a key to our past success. D&DA selectively teams with our consultants to match their experience with the proposed project. In addition, D&DA promotes teamwork between the design team and the contractor to ensure a successfully completed project. We are equally comfortable in traditional Owner/Architect/Contractor relationships as we are with Design/Build and fast-track concepts. Many of our successful clients are also General Contractors, which indicates a unique willingness to work closely as a team member. We pride ourselves in not being "ego" driven or inflexible in our design approach. A smooth running project, happy client and successful budget are much more important to us.

Innovation is the main ingredient to our design philosophy, not only in the design itself, but also in the production of the construction documents. D&DA implements multiple CAD programs and other business software to creatively and efficiently document your architecture, and make it easy to understand by all team members.
