22,000 SF renovation of an existing two-story downtown building into the new home for the Kinston Arts Council, including large gallery/event space with exposed timber structure, and separate climate-controlled galleries for travelling exhibits.  Lower floor houses artists studios, and the upper level classrooms and a dance studio.  Recipient of 1999 NC AIA Tower Award.
