Full historic restoration of 22,000 SF former Rocky Mount National Bank, included restoring the exterior facade of brick, terra cotta tile, and limestone, and interior renovations including new market rate office condominiums.  Work included completely new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, and sprinkler systems. Project received the 2007 NC Main Street Award for Best Historic Rehabilitation.
