DDA renovated a 76,000 SF manufacturing facility into a K-8 charter school for the arts in 1998; a gym/classroom building was added a few years later, and recently a classroom building was added in 2013.  The master plan includes adding a 600 student high school facility with performing and fine arts building, to include an 800 seat theater, & dance, drama, visual arts, music, & media arts classrooms.
